Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid on purchases made between October 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026, or while the stock lasts, whichever is earlier. CheQ reserves the right to close, withdraw, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice, including before October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
2. This offer is valid only on purchases made through the CheQ offer landing page of Unicorn Infosolution Private Limited accessed via the CheQ app. Purchases made through any other page, channel, or store of Unicorn Infosolution Private Limited will not be eligible.

3. This offer is valid only on payments made using the CheQ AU Credit Card issued on the VISA or RuPay network, identified by its unique 9-digit BIN (the first 9 digits of the card number). Payments made using any other card (including any other AU Small Finance Bank credit card), any other payment instrument, or a combination of payment methods will not be eligible.
4. This offer is valid only on online (e-commerce) card transactions. UPI transactions using the CheQ AU RuPay Credit Card are not eligible under this offer.
5. The offer is applicable only on the following models: iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB) and iPhone 18 Pro (256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB). No other models, variants, or accessories are eligible.
6. The customer will receive a total of 28,000 reward points on the purchase of one eligible iPhone. These 28,000 reward points are inclusive of the reward points earned at the regular rate applicable on the CheQ AU Credit Card for the transaction. The reward points will be credited to the customer's CheQ AU Credit Card account after the generation of the card statement in which the eligible transaction is billed.
7. This offer can be availed only once per customer during the offer period, irrespective of the number of CheQ AU Credit Cards held. Eligibility will be determined at the customer level, and CheQ may use the customer's registered mobile number, CheQ account, card details, or any other identifier to enforce this limit.
8. No reward points over and above the total of 28,000 reward points will be credited for the eligible transaction, whether at the regular rate or under any other offer or program.
9. Orders placed under this offer cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed.
10. If the transaction is reversed, refunded, charged back, or cancelled for any reason, the customer will not be eligible for any reward points on the transaction, including the reward points earned at the regular rate. If the reward points have already been credited, CheQ reserves the right to debit the equivalent reward points from the customer's account.
11. The reward points credited under this offer will be governed by the reward program terms of the CheQ AU Credit Card, including those relating to redemption, conversion value, and validity.
12. In case the reward points are not credited after statement generation, the customer may reach out to CheQ customer support at [email protected] within 15 days of the statement date. After the time lapses, CheQ will not be responsible for entertaining resolving such queries.
13. Unicorn Infosolution Private Limited is the sole seller of the products under this offer. All matters relating to product pricing, quality, delivery, installation, warranty, and after-sales service shall be governed by the policies of Unicorn Infosolution Private Limited. CheQ shall not be responsible for any such matters.
14. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion from CheQ unless expressly stated otherwise.
15. In the event of any misuse or abuse of this offer, CheQ reserves the right to withhold or reverse the reward points without prior notice.
16. CheQ reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, withdraw, or replace these terms and conditions, wholly or in part, at its sole discretion.
17. CheQ is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms, and its decision in case of any dispute shall be final and binding.
18. These terms and conditions are in addition to CheQ's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to which users agree by using the CheQ application, and to the terms governing the CheQ AU Credit Card. To the extent these terms are inconsistent with CheQ's general Terms of Use, these terms shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
19. By availing this offer, the customer expressly agrees that neither CheQ nor any of its affiliates will be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with this offer, including due to any force majeure event. In no event shall the entire liability of CheQ under this offer exceed the value of 28,000 reward points. The 28,000 reward points are inclusive of the base reward points the customer would otherwise earn on the eligible transactions, and no additional base rewards will be credited over and above this amount.
20. This offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of their own volition. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
