Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid on purchases made between September 24, 2026 and October 24, 2026, or while the offer lasts, whichever is earlier. CheQ reserves the right to close, withdraw, or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice, including before October 24, 2026.
2. This offer is valid only on purchases made through the CheQ offer landing page of Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited accessed via the CheQ app, where the transaction is processed under the designated Merchant ID (MID) of Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited. Purchases made through any other page, channel, or store of Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited, or processed under any other Merchant ID, will not be eligible.
3. This offer is valid only on payments made using the CheQ AU RuPay Credit Card. Payments made using any other card, payment instrument, or a combination of payment methods will not be eligible.
4. This offer is valid only on online (e-commerce) card transactions. UPI transactions using the CheQ AU RuPay Credit Card are not eligible under this offer.
5. The offer is applicable only on the following models: iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB) and iPhone 18 Pro (256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB). No other models, variants, or accessories are eligible.
6. The customer will receive a flat instant discount of ₹14,000 on the purchase of one eligible iPhone. The discount will be applied at checkout, subject to the customer's eligibility and the offer's availability at the time of purchase.
7. This offer can be availed only once per customer during the offer period. Eligibility will be determined at the customer level, and CheQ may use the customer's registered mobile number, CheQ account, card details, or any other identifier to enforce this limit.
8. Reward points at the regular rate applicable on the CheQ AU RuPay Credit Card will not be earned on transactions made under this offer.
9. In the event of cancellation, return, or refund of an order placed under this offer, only the amount actually charged to the card will be refunded. The ₹14,000 discount shall not form part of any refund, and offer eligibility shall be deemed consumed upon the original purchase and will not be reinstated.
10. Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited is the sole seller of the products under this offer. All matters relating to product pricing, quality, delivery, installation, warranty, returns, and after-sales service shall be governed by the policies of Unicorn Infosolutions Private Limited and the manufacturer. CheQ shall not be responsible for any such matters.
11. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion from CheQ unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. In the event of any misuse or abuse of this offer, CheQ reserves the right to deny the discount, recover the discount amount, or cancel the order without prior notice.
13. CheQ reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to add, alter, modify, withdraw, or replace these terms and conditions, wholly or in part, at its sole discretion.
14. CheQ is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms, and its decision in case of any dispute shall be final and binding.
15. These terms and conditions are in addition to CheQ's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, to which users agree by using the CheQ application, and to the terms governing the CheQ AU RuPay Credit Card. To the extent these terms are inconsistent with CheQ's general Terms of Use, these terms shall prevail with respect to this offer only.
16. By availing this offer, the customer expressly agrees that neither CheQ nor any of its affiliates will be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly in connection with this offer, including due to any force majeure event. In no event shall the entire liability of CheQ under this offer exceed the discount amount of ₹14,000.
17. This offer is completely optional and is chosen by the customer of their own volition. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

The CheQ AU Credit Card is issued by AU Small Finance Bank.
