This offer is valid only on eligible HSBC Debit & Credit Cards issued in India. Corporate, commercial, and non-Indian issued cards are excluded from this offer. The HSBC Exclusive Rewards Offer shall be applicable only on eligible products available on the HSBC Unicorn Portal (https://exclusiverewards.unicornstore.in).
HSBC shall be solely responsible for processing and crediting any eligible reward points, cashback, or promotional benefits as per HSBC’s internal timelines and eligibility criteria.
HSBC does not endorse any product sold on the HSBC & Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd portal and shall not be responsible for product quality, warranty, delivery, service, replacement, availability, or merchant-related disputes.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.

Purchase Limits

MAXIMUM 2 PRODUCTS PER CATEGORY

Customers may purchase a maximum of 2 products from the same category within any rolling 30-day period.

To ensure fair access to products and offers, purchase limits apply to each product category. Product categories include, but are not limited to, iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Accessories. The limit applies across all products within a category and is not restricted to a specific model. However, the total quantity purchased within the same category must not exceed 2 units during the applicable 30-day period. Purchase limits are applied separately to each category. Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reject orders that exceed the prescribed purchase limits.

Cancellation Policy

Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

All order cancellations are subject to 3% cancellation fee

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
No Cancellation allowed under affordability program. Product once booked availing cashback offers and/or EMI options cannot be cancelled, return or exchanged (with other variants of the same product) under any circumstances.
Unicorn may levy cancellation fees on orders flagged as retailer/reseller transactions, including where cancellations occur at any stage, at delivery, or show abnormal patterns. The fee (fixed 2% or a percentage of the order value) will be recovered from refunds or payment methods and is generally non-refundable.

Return & Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same at our Customer Service number @ 022 6735 4000

The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

Refunds

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

Orders paid by credit / debit card will be refunded back to the same card within 7–9 working days. The refund will reflect in your next statement.
Orders paid by net banking will be credited back to the same bank account.
