<h2>Cancellation Policy</h2><hr>Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: <ul><li>All order cancellations are subject to 3% cancellation fee</li></ul><ul><li>There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.</li><li>No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine&#8217;s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.</li><li>No Cancellation allowed under affordability program. Product once booked availing cashback offers and/or EMI options cannot be cancelled, return or exchanged(with other variants of the same product) under any circumstances.</li><li>Unicorn may levy cancellation fees on orders flagged as retailer/reseller transactions, especially where cancellations occur after the free window, at delivery, or show abnormal patterns. Under this policy:&#10; &#10; <ul>&#10; <li>All order cancellations are subject to 3% cancellation fee.</li>&#10; <li>There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.</li>&#10; <li>&#10; No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Unicorn Infosolutions Pvt Ltd marketing&#10; team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine's Day etc. These are&#10; limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.&#10; </li>&#10; <li>&#10; No cancellation allowed under affordability program.
